BDG Win Forgot Password
If you forgot your BDG Win password, tap Forgot password? under the password box on the login screen. That screen also says forgotten passwords go through customer service, so expect a support step, not an instant reset form.
Where is Forgot password on the BDG Game login screen?
On the platform's login screen, the password box sits below the Phone Number and Email / Account tabs, with a Remember password tick and the Forgot password? link beneath it. Above the form a line reads: if you forget your password, please contact customer service.
BDG Win password reset, step by step
- Retype the password slowly first; phone keyboards add a capital first letter and autofill can paste an old one.
- Tap Forgot password? on the login screen.
- Follow what the platform shows. The screens after the link were not opened for this guide, but the login screen itself says the reset goes through customer service, so keep your registered mobile number or email ready.
- With a new password set, return to the login screen and sign in on the tab your account uses.
Account has been locked: what the BDG Game notice means
Enter a wrong password more than ten times and the platform locks the account. The notice tells you to use Forgot Password to change to a new password, which unlocks it, and shows two buttons: Cancel and Contact customer service. The second is the way out; further guesses change nothing.
Choosing a new BDG Win password
- At least eight characters, mixing letters and numbers, which is the sign-up rule.
- Not the mobile number or email you log in with.
- Not the password from your email or social media.
- Kept in a password manager, not a chat with yourself.
When a BDG Win reset still fails

Questions and answers
Will a reset code be sent by SMS or email?
No code box was on the login screen when it was read; its header line sends a forgotten password to customer service, not to an automatic message.
Does the lock lift by itself?
The notice gives no waiting time; the only way out it names is a new password through Forgot Password, so customer service clears the lock.
